More Top Ten Foods! Wa Hooo!

I couldn’t help but post this.

A little while ago Tom Venuto posted a few top ten lists and they are excellent. Seeing as how my Top Ten Super Foods post was so popular, I figured I’d share his as well. They’re listed here but you should really, really, really go check out his blog and then go read the entire site. Seriously – talk about a wealth of information! He is Smart Man with Big Muscles! Listen good, ya hear!?

    That meant to say that I like, and regularly eat, almost all the foods on that list. That is, if they’re in season. I’m just really disappointed that he didn’t list my nectarines, cottage cheese or asparagus.

  3. Yeah – to his credit I will say that his full post explained that the absence of dairy-related products was simply personal preference, not a knock on cottage cheese!
